| Kaligandaki River Rafting |
Marshyangdi flows through the gorges
of Annapurna with 52 kms. of boiling foam sandwiched between
towering peaks. The rafing starts from Besisahar and the
ending point is Bimalangar on the Prithivi Highway

to Day Itinerary |

-01: |
Drive
to Dumre by bus, then drive from Dumre to Bensisahar
by bus or truck, whatever available. Overnight
camping at Bensisahar. |
| Day-02:

Rafting
from Bensisahar and camp at the beach at the confluence
of Chepe River and Marshyangdi River. |
| Day-03
: |
All day rafting
and camping on the beach near Turtle Bazaar. |
| Day-04
: |
Rafting to Bimalnagar.
After lunch drive back to Kathmandu or Pokhara.

What
to Bring |
|
| In some ways it is best
to bring as little as possible to the river. There are
however, some essential personal items that may need. |
| Please bring: - |
- T-shir
- swim wear for on the river
- Warm clothing for the evenings including a fleece
or a pullover
- Sunscreen and lip protector
- Sunglasses (with retaining device) and/or a cap
- Towel??Toiletries
- (environmentally friendly is best) and any personal
medication
- Flashlight
- Footwear
