Booking Conditions:
Clients must have personal insurance covering accidents, transport to medical expenses, emergency evacuation and loss or damage to personal assets. If the clients do not have the insurance then s/he should be responsible for the any loss / damage to belongings or oneself.
The bookingform / Clients Profile must be fully completed before any booking can be accepted.
PAYMENT
Payment in full is required prior to your trip before departure.
25% of the total paying is required at least a month in advance for confirmation of a tour / trek booking. Payments can be wired to our banking addresses:
Remaining payment can be made after your arrival.
RISK & LIABILITIES:
Nepal Experienced Adventure Treks NEAT has directed towards the fulfillment of your every desire. In this connection, we perform our duties honestly & seriously to make your journey very smooth & pleasant. However, Nepal Experienced Adventure Treks will not take any responsibility regarding any change & alternations in the itinerary due to the various reasons like unavoidable circumstances such as land-slides, road blockage, flood, snow political unrest, cancellation of flight, delay arrival, sickness or accidents. Any extra cost incurring there of shall be borne by the clients on the spots. All the clients must provided for their own insurance that adequately covers against medical and person accident risk.
Guest Belongings
All Valuables belongings should be left in security deposit in you hotel / guesthouse. Company will not be responsible of any loss / damage to guest belongings.
Cancellation:
The company is not liable to refund any money if the trek/tour is incompleted/shortened due to injury, illness, non interest, Flight delay, natural calamities or changed weather/climate and political conditions.
If the trekker cancels the trek/tour after issuing permit, bus/air/train tickets and other arrangements, etc. have been made, 40% cancellation fee is charged. This cancellation will also applies to the deposit.
Treks & tours booked and subsequently cancelled are subject to cancellation charges as follow:-
30 days prior: No cancellation charge.
Within 20 days: 12%
Within 15 days: 16%
Within 7 days: 30%
Less than 7 days: 45%
24 hours : 100%
KIND NOTE: There will be no refund for incomplete tour.
Changes in itinerary:
The trek/tour is organized in advance as per the itinerary, however it may becomes necessary to make an adjustment/alternation due to unforseen/unplanned circumstances. If possible, you will be advised of such changes (expect minor changes) before commencement of trek/tour. Alternations to itinerary could occur due to changed weather/climate conditions, accident, sickness,civil unrest and areas deemed off limits by security forces. While on trek/tour your guide has full responsibility to take the appropriate action s/he deems necessary.
